Breakfast Sausages

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1 tsp garlic (chopped)
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp sage
  • 1 tsp fennel seeds
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

Directions

  1. Combine pork, garlic, and all spices in a mixing bowl, mixing until it reaches an even consistency
  2. Form pork mixture into 2-ounce patties (makes 8 - 10 patties)
  3. Heat a skillet to medium heat with 1 tbsp of coconut oil per 4 patties (or try them on a grill)
  4. Cook the patties for appoximately 3-4 minutes per side. Each side should be golden, and the center of the patties should no longer be pink
