Gingered Swiss Chard
Ingredients
1 tbsp coconut oil
2 large bunches of swiss chard, stems removed and leaves cut into small ribbons
3 garlic cloves
2 tsp grated fresh ginger
1/4 tsp red chili flakes (optional)
sea salt and black pepper to taste
sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
1. Heat the coconut oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
2. Add the ribbons of chard and the garlic and saute until the chard starts to wilt.
3. Add the ginger, chili flakes, salt and pepper and mix well until warmed through, about another 2-3 minutes.
4. Serve sprinkled with sesame seeds if desired.
Serves 4.
