Corn Bread
CORN BREAD
- 1¼ cups Bisquick baking mix
- ¾ cup cornmeal
- 2 tbsp. white sugar
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp. shortening
- ⅔ cup milk
Combine all ingredients and beat well for 30 seconds.
Spread batter in greased pan and bake at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes.
