Pavlova

Ingredients
- 8 Eggs
- 1 3/4 Cups Caster Sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 1/2 tsp White Vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 150° Celcius (AKA 300° F)
- Beat eggs whites until soft peaks form
- Gradually beat in caster sugar
- Fold in vanilla and vinegar
- Pile mix onto a parchment paper lined tray creating a circle around 20cm with a well in the middle
- Cook for 45 min then turn the oven off and leave the pavlova in the oven to cool completely
- Top with whipped cream, and mixed fruit.
