Pavlova

Ingredients

  • 8 Eggs
  • 1 3/4 Cups Caster Sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 1/2 tsp White Vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 150° Celcius (AKA 300° F)
  2. Beat eggs whites until soft peaks form
  3. Gradually beat in caster sugar
  4. Fold in vanilla and vinegar
  5. Pile mix onto a parchment paper lined tray creating a circle around 20cm with a well in the middle
  6. Cook for 45 min then turn the oven off and leave the pavlova in the oven to cool completely
  7. Top with whipped cream, and mixed fruit.
