White Sauce
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 2 tbsp. flour
- ¼ tsp. salt
- 1 cup milk
Melt butter or margarine in saucepan over low heat. Blend in flour, salt. Add milk all at once. Cook quickly, stirring constantly until mixture thickens and bubbles.
For cheese sauce, add 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese and stir until melted.
